Refunds and cancellation

Effective August 12, 2026. This policy applies to the one-time $199 USD content-repurposing pilot.

Before production starts

You may cancel for a full refund before we begin production. Duplicate or erroneous payments are refunded in full.

After production starts

Because the service creates custom digital work, payment is non-refundable after production begins except for a duplicate or erroneous payment, our cancellation or inability to complete the scope, a material failure to meet the written scope that remains after the included correction opportunity, or a refund required by law. One consolidated revision round is included. If the private preview materially misses the written scope, notify us within five calendar days after preview delivery and allow the included revision so we can correct it.

If we cannot deliver

If we cancel the project, cannot safely accept the source material, or cannot deliver the agreed scope within seven calendar days after cleared payment and receipt of a valid upload, complete usable instructions, and rights confirmation, you may choose a full refund. This does not limit any refund right required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email mmrhymaun@icloud.com with the purchaser name, payment email, and reason. Do not send card or bank details. We initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within five business days; Stripe and the customer’s bank control final posting time.
