Privacy notice
Effective August 12, 2026. This notice describes Rhymaun Content Studio’s public website, inquiry, payment, and pilot-project data handling.
Information we receive
- Inquiry and project details you choose to send by email.
- Contact, transaction, and payment-status information from Stripe. We do not receive or store full card or bank credentials.
- Source media, brand notes, and delivery feedback only after an approved customer receives private intake instructions.
- Basic security and access logs processed by our web-hosting provider.
How we use information
We use it to answer inquiries, qualify and fulfill the purchased service, communicate about delivery or revisions, prevent misuse, handle refunds or disputes, and maintain records required for tax, accounting, security, or legal obligations. Customer files are not used to train AI models, sold, or used for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website, Stripe processes payments, and Apple’s iCloud mail service handles business email. Approved project files may be processed with access-controlled local systems and private transfer tools disclosed in the customer intake instructions. Each provider has its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
This public website does not accept media uploads. Before any approved customer uploads media, the private intake instructions will identify the actual transfer method and project-specific retention controls. Active source files and working outputs are used only for the project and scheduled for deletion from active production systems seven days after accepted delivery, as acceptance is defined in the customer terms. Transaction, consent, email, tax, accounting, security, and dispute records may be retained longer where reasonably needed or legally required.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct contact details, close an inquiry, or request deletion where it does not conflict with an active order or legal recordkeeping obligation. Contact mmrhymaun@icloud.com.
