Customer terms
Effective August 12, 2026. These terms apply to the $199 USD Rhymaun Content Studio content-repurposing pilot.
What the pilot includes
One customer-authorized source video up to 60 minutes; five 30–60 second vertical clips; burned-in captions; an editable SRT; a timestamped transcript; ten hooks or captions; three thumbnail concepts; short show notes; and one consolidated revision round.
Timing and customer responsibilities
The delivery target is 72 hours after cleared payment and receipt of a valid source file, complete usable project instructions, and rights confirmation. The customer must own or have documented authorization to use every submitted asset and must review names, logos, factual claims, and final creative before publication. One consolidated revision request or material-scope notice must be sent within five calendar days after the private preview is delivered. If no request or notice is received in that window, the preview is accepted. If a revision is requested, the revised pack is the final delivery and is accepted when approved in writing or five calendar days after delivery if no material-scope notice is received.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds
The pilot costs $199 USD, paid once through Stripe. Our complete refund and cancellation policy is part of these terms. Do not send card or bank information by email.
Acceptable projects
We may decline or pause content when ownership is unclear or when it presents legal, safety, privacy, malware, impersonation, exploitation, or regulated-claims risk. If we decline before production starts, the customer receives a full refund. Content involving minors or individualized medical, legal, investment, or political claims requires separate written approval and is not part of the standard pilot.
No performance guarantee
We provide the scoped content pack and editorial/technical review. We do not guarantee views, followers, leads, sales, platform acceptance, or revenue.
Customer content and finished work
The customer retains rights in source material. After full payment, the customer may use the final delivered files for the authorized business purpose. The customer is responsible for final publication decisions and third-party platform rules. We do not publicly display customer work without separate written permission.
